Procedure

After defining the goal with the customer, an organizational plan/concept is proposed and fine-tuned. The organizational plan is the central ideal, in order to carry out the workshop in a goal oriented and structured way. On the other hand we leave freedom for unexpected developments and changes to be flexibly addressed. 

We apply modern facilitation techniques. At the end of the workshop we make sure there is an evaluation of results and a feedback, as well as the documentation of the results that we place at your disposal in a timely manner.
