Goal
IT-Professionals have long
held an active roll in globalization; their work takes place more and more in an
international circle. The goal of this module is to improve the cooperation and
collaboration among colleagues and customers from different cultures.

Especially for
IT-consultants, who are (will be) sent to other countries for projects; all
IT-experts who work in multicultural teams.

The participants are aware
of the cultural imprint on their own thinking, feeling and acting. They see
differences as enrichment. They can deal with culturally unfamiliar behaviors
and situations.
