Results
The IT/SAP-consultant is
able to calculate and present the business application of an IT-solution concept
on the base of the most important primary and secondary business factors. The
consultants experience the meaning and ramifications of the business case by a
presentation of different stake-holders in the auditorium. In this way,
conclusions as to the composition of the business case are made possible and
improvements to the business case are met in further simulations.
Note
The participants receive a
template for the simple calculation of important numbers. Prerequisite for the
participants of this seminar are the contents of the modules ►
Modeling
Business Processes and ► Presentation.
