Our Work Style

We know that we can only be successful
when we help you achieve success.

We want to achieve lasting success through competent support of our clients and not by any single measure. Single measures are often only a flash-in-the-pan; conceptual support, however, can cause lasting improvement in the abilities of the employees. Our goal is long-term and trusting collaboration with our clients.  We receive most of our contracts from long-time clients or by word of mouth and recommendation from them.

1. Needs Analysis

We carefully analyze with you your current situation (for example your business goals and culture, current challenges, employee competence: tasks, professional skills...) and define your concrete goals with you.

Because of our experience in the industry, we ask you the right questions and can assess your situation better. You and your situation are unique among all those that we have ever experiences and we listen to you very carefully in order to correctly grasp your individuality.

2. Consultation

When we have understood you, we discuss with you various alternatives and approaches. We deliberate with you what can or must be done in your company in order to reach your desired goals, and what general possibilities we see as to how we can support you. As experts in human resources and organizational development, we bring you our know-how and make you concrete proposals. At the same time we respect you as experts in your company and therefore also your evaluations and decisions.

3. Conception

Afterwards, we design the appropriate measures – these could be an individual seminar, an entire training program or a complete human resources or organizational development project. We then revise this concept with you.

4. Follow Through

We reach the participants where they are. This means that we also know how to deal with skepticism and uncertainty. In addition, we always build on the experiences of the participants. We plan our trainings to be activating, varied, lively and practical. We are not satisfied with just conveying important basics; we train skills. We encourage and support the participants in trying out new behaviors and verifying what has been learned – whenever it makes sense, using video feedback. On the other hand, we challenge them a great deal, mainly because our trainings are not conceived in a way that allows one to simply passively listen. We use concrete situations taken from the participants day to day work and in this way work through very specific applicable improvements. The transfer to practical use takes place as measures are taken.

5. Monitoring Success

At the end of an event, we ask the participants for a written feedback that we send to you. However, that is not enough for us to evaluate the success of a training, because this is shown only in the (behavioral) changes in real life. For this reason, several weeks after concluding an event, we ask you what you have seen in changes or what you have heard from participants, their managers or from customers as feedback.
